What my clients say

"After 30 yrs as a Broker and Realtor I found myself in a position to need the assistance of a Realtor to sell my late father's home in Northern Virginia. Selling property that needed updating from 1,000 miles away is a challenge. Bic DeCaro and her team of professionals couldn't have done better. From the very beginning Bic let me know what needed to be done to upgrade this 50 yr old townhome. Bic's team arranged for all the work to be done on schedule and in budget. End result, the house sold for more than the asking price. I never once had to travel to Virginia to monitor work or for closing which saved the estate considerable money and time. Thanks to Sarah, Kat, Cora and of course Bic for a wonderful experience. If I had to do it again, I wouldn't hesitate to call Bic DeCaro and Associates."

“Working with Bic and her team to sell our home in Great Falls was a no-brainer for my husband and me. We had seen Bic sell numerous properties in our neighborhood in record time and knew that that was what we wanted for the sale of our home. Bic made the whole process from start to finish as painless as possible. She came in and told us what repairs and changes would maximize our return on investment. She found contractors to quickly get the work done for us and anytime there were any issues, Bic immediately jumped in and got them resolved in our favor. I asked her to please have it sold by the time we got back the following week and once again Bic worked her magic and was able to get us a full-price offer in less than 3 days! I always recommend Bic and her team of professionals to all of my friends who are looking to buy or sell a home. Bic is truly amazing at what she does!”

“My husband and I just completed our 3rd real estate transaction with Bic in the past 10 years. We’ve bought 2 homes and sold 1 home with her. We never considered working with another agent and never will In the future, as Bic is an industry expert with a customer centric mindset, and the most impressive negotiation skills I’ve ever witnessed. She and her amazing team patiently guided us through each step of the process, making it all seamless and simple as can be. They even hustled late into New Year’s Eve to get our winning offer in. Over these years, Bic has earned our trust like no other (and that’s no easy feat). When I contacted her about 2 years ago to talk about ideas we had for a renovation on the house we purchased with her, Bic easily accommodated a meeting and gave us some insightful and sound advice to consider. I can’t recommend Bic and team enough and those who choose to work her won’t regret it.”
