Bic had a great eye for what the house needed for a quick and profitable sale including yard work, paint, various minor touch-ups, staging, etc. One thing that really impressed me was that Bic provided everything for staging from her own inventory. Other realtors quoted a $2K-$4K charge. One even wanted me to pay $400 for a "consultant" to walk through the house and tell me what I needed. Bic, however, did it all. She even recommended professionals that were timely and reasonable for various handyman jobs. Bic is a thorough professional.
