I bring more than a decade of experience in sales, negotiations, and closing deals. I’m proud to be part of the Bic DeCaro & Associates team and am excited to help buyers and sellers throughout the DMV navigate one of the most important decisions of their lives — finding the right place to call home.

My professional background spans recruiting, hospital administration, and 11 years in sales and distribution, where I consistently drove strong results and built lasting client relationships. I’m known for being tenacious when it comes to getting deals done, but equally for my empathy and curiosity. I believe real success starts with truly understanding what my clients want, need, and value — then tailoring a strategy that puts their goals first. I bring this same people-first mindset to every real estate transaction.

Originally from Boston, I spent much of my career traveling across the country (challenge me — I can probably tell you where that tiny town is!). Along the way, I fell in love with Maryland’s warmer weather, welcoming communities, and laid-back lifestyle. When I’m not working with clients, you’ll likely find me on the golf course, still throwing curveballs on the baseball field, or wrestling with my twin boys in the backyard.
